Duo exhibition
Helena Sanders (US/NL) & Michael Petri (AT)
PuntWG, Amsterdam, NL
2024
An exhibition and accompanying public program initiated by Helena Sanders’ investigations into the folkloric figure of the Kobold; a geologic witness and caretaker of mines, and the color cobalt which bares its name. In this collaboration with artist and filmmaker Michael Petri, the two built an installation of new sculptural pieces, video, sound works and lighting program, to reckon with what comes up out of the ground and our sense of time on earth.
Links to the full audio of both sound works available on request.
